Technical data:
The apparent density of powder, pellet and film materials relies on the accumulate mode of pellets, in the process of tapping, the small pellet flows to the two big pellets. Thus the package of the pellet products will be more economic, the powder volume decreases, the tapping density increases, it can access to 50%-100% generally.
Functions:
The measuring of this machine is achieved by tapping regularly the measuring barrel which contains powder. After users choosing the filling volume, the tapping action can start, when changes happen, the reading will be showed. This tapping is finished by up-down tapping of measuring barrel at the specific tapping strength and appointed distance.In the process of tapping, the machine will separate the block matters, and then minimize them when tapping down, and the transparent plastic filling pipe can be helpful for observing and reading the measuring value.
